Milton R. Copulos, former President of NDCF and author of many publications on the subject of energy, passed away in early 2008.

Energy security, especially freedom from reliance on foreign energy sources, is a vital interest to the United States as well as an achievable national goal. NDCF researches current and emerging energy issues that may threaten or enhance our national security, attends and presents papers at energy conferences, solicits favorable legislation from public officials, and develops articles and other works for publication in the media.
