The National Defense Council Foundation has discontinued the World Conflict List as it has been done for the past 10 years... because conflict has become asymmetrical. Our interview by World-wide Associated Press was published on 29 December 2003 explaining NDCF's thoughts on warfare during 2003 and into 2004. Terrorist organizations disregard boundaries, hence solely counting state to state conflicts, or internal
state conflicts leaves the total count incomplete/inaccurate.
